Not an audit or a sworn appraisal
Our valuations are independent analytical opinions. Where such a certified valuation is required, you will need a suitably qualified and authorised professional, and we will tell you when we believe that is the case.

Our analysis relies on information supplied by you, the client, and on third-party data sources we consider reasonable. Unless expressly agreed, we do not audit, verify, or independently confirm that information. We are not responsible for conclusions that are affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided to us.

We may use market data, comparable-company information, and other material from third-party sources. While we select sources we consider reliable, we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Who may rely on our work
Our deliverables are prepared for the client that engages us, for the agreed purpose. They are not intended for, and should not be relied upon by, any other person. No duty of care is owed to third parties who obtain a copy, and no client relationship is created by using this website or its content. A client relationship begins only when an engagement is agreed in writing.
